The history of McAlson
As the son of a textile manufacturer and father of 5 enthusiastic children, Pierre Deren started this beautiful family story 20 years ago. The McAlson boxer short came to life in 1997, when Pierre and Jean-Pierre Gallain decided there was a need for comfortable men’s underwear with smart designs. When they created the first 8 boxers, the collection was an instant succes because of the revolutionary cotton inside support and the use of high quality cotton.
Pierre gradually took over the brand and welcomed the second generation of the Deren family into the McAlson clan, insuring the continuity of the Belgian brand for the years to come.
